1. Scope of Policy
This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of goods both domestically and internationally. It ensures compliance with all relevant laws and provides clarity on delivery timelines, client responsibilities, and legal obligations.
2. Domestic Shipping
Delivery Time: Domestic shipments are processed and delivered within 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping Partners: Clients may select their preferred shipping partners for domestic deliveries. The selected partner must meet legal and operational standards for goods transportation
Tracking: Once the shipment is dispatched, tracking details provided by the client-selected shipping partner will be shared for monitoring.
Liability: We ensure the goods are handed over in good condition to the shipping partner. After dispatch, the responsibility for transit lies with the client’s selected partner unless otherwise agreed.
3. International Shipping (Exports)
Delivery Time: Export deliveries are typically completed within 4 to 6 weeks, subject to the destination country's customs and regulations.
Shipping Partners: Clients are responsible for appointing their preferred international shipping partner. The partner must adhere to international trade regulations and provide appropriate documentation, including tracking services.
Customs Compliance: We will provide all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Any additional requirements must be communicated in advance.
Import Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the client's responsibility.
Liability: Once the goods are handed over to the client’s selected shipping partner, our responsibility ends, unless specific agreements are made.
4. Legal Compliance
Carrier Standards: The client's selected shipping partner must comply with all applicable domestic and international shipping laws, including IATA, IMDG, and customs regulations.
Export Controls and Sanctions: Goods must not be shipped to countries or entities under sanctions or embargoes. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their shipping partner is not in violation of such laws.
Customs Compliance: We will provide all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Any additional requirements must be communicated in advance.
Insurance: It is strongly recommended that the client or their selected shipping partner insures the goods for transit to mitigate risks such as loss or damage.
5. Consumer Rights and Responsibilities
Order Confirmation: Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment. Delivery timelines begin once the order is handed over to the client’s selected shipping partner.
